What are causes of UTI?

1.    Your sugar habit. Eating too much cookies can make you become fatter, also UTI can be led by it too. Minkin explained that in your urine, you may get some of the sugar by eating too much sugars and get a real surge in your blood sugar. Whenever your sweet tooth strikes, the risk of essentially providing a feast is ran by you since feeding on sugar is loved by bacteria that cause UTIs.

2.    You're diabetic. Research shows that diabetics are more possible to suffer from UTIs, it is sad but true. Minkin said, since bacteria which cause UTI like sugar a lot, so an infection will be led for your urine will be the perfect place for bacteria to multiply, your blood sugar can be off the charts when you are diabetic.

3.    By a wrong way which means back to front, you wipe in a bathroom. The bacteria that lives in the bowel that happens to be the culprit behind most UTIS, which is called E.coli can be brought specifically by wiping this way into the urethra. So people should remember to always wipe front to back according to this.

4.    A lot of sex. Minkin said, you are more possible to get a UTI if you have too much sex. Since every time you have sex, bacteria will move to the urethra.

5.    After sex, you don't pee. The bacteria which may have made their way into your urethra can be peed out by you.

6.    You keep urine for too long time. It is very harmful to not urinate when necessary even though you are very busy and have no time to do this. Bacteria will grow for too long time sitting in the bladder, it is the last thing you want.

7.    Condoms used by you. By using unlubricated condoms, increased irritation during sexual activity can cause increased risk of UTIs even though safe sex should be practiced by you. And bigger risk can be increased by using spermicide with diaphragms and condoms. UTIs can be prevented by using nonspermicidal lubricant or lubricated condoms.

For treatments of UTIs, patients can try home remedies if their symptoms are not serious. For serious symptoms, they can try antibiotics or a type of TCM called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill if antibiotics can't work well for side effect or drug resistance which may occur being used for a long period of time.
