The spicy food is forbidden when you have some special disease

Spicy food is popular with a lot of people, however, when people get sick, some of the spicy food is forbidden. Especially when you choose some traditional Chinese medicine, the doctor usually require the taboo of spicy food.

2. Skin sores and hemorrhoids. Skin sores mostly belong to bacteria infectious lesions and the spicy foods can easily cause the spread of inflammation and boils poison and finally lead to the condition worsen. Besides, spicy foods can also aggravate the condition, cause the anal burning and give the worse suffering on anal fissure and hemorrhoids patients. On the other hand, spicy foods can increase intestinal fire that can cause the stool become even dry and hard, causing constipation or bleeding symptoms.


3. Gastrointestinal ulcers and esophagitis. Excessive eating spicy foods will stimulate the gastrointestinal mucosa violently. After the stimulation, congestion, edema, erosion or ulceration will appear. What's worse, spicy food also affect esophageal mucosa, and create the esophagitis and esophageal ulcers.


4. Stroke. Stroke is the suggestion of Yin deficiency, and if you take spicy food at that time, then it will put further damage on your body. Besides, spicy foods will guide the blood flow to the stomach, which make the brain blood relative lacking, and cause the dizziness, headache and weakness and so on.


5. AIDS or infected persons. Canadian research scientists proved that if HIV infected persons had the action of overeating garlic and other spicy foods during the medication or treatment, then it not only can make a failure effect on the drugs but also put the patients in danger. The researchers also confirmed that ginger, fennel, cardamom, turmeric powder will bring harmful effect on the AIDS patients and carriers. Also, the patients at risk of heart disease and cancer should also avoid.
