Pelvic adhesions have become a common gynecological disease with high incidence in clinically, which is increasingly harmful to women's physical and mental health. Pelvic adhesions do not mean that the pelvic cavity is adhesive but refer to inflammatory lesions in pelvic tissues and organs.

If it is not detected and treated in time, it will eventually lead to female infertility. What are the symptoms of pelvic adhesions? How do I know if there is pelvic adhesion?

What are the symptoms of pelvic adhesions?

(1) Abnormal menstruation

Because of the inflammation of pelvic tissues and organs, it will cause pelvic congestion, which may lead to heavy menstrual flow in patients. In the later stage, due to the severity of pelvic adhesion, patients begin to have scarce menstruation, menopause and other symptoms, if this problem is not treated effectively, it can also affect pregnancy.

(2) Lumbosacral soreness

Once pelvic adhesion develops into chronic inflammation, it may lead to scar adhesion, pelvic congestion, and so on, then patients may have obvious lumbosacral pain and discomfort, especially before and after menstruation, or overwork and sex, patients will appear lumbosacral pain and other issues, which has caused great harm to patients’ health.

(3) Systemic symptoms

Although there are no obvious symptoms at the early stage of pelvic adhesions, with the aggravation of the disease, patients begin to have a series of systemic symptoms, such as low fever, fatigue, abdominal pain, etc. They will suffer from neurasthenia due to long-term pelvic adhesions.

Gynecological inflammation is a common cause of pelvic adhesions, among the causes, PID and adnexitis are the most common. If patients do not receive regular and systematic treatment in time, it may lead to further infection of bacteria or viruses, thus causing pelvic adhesions.

For inflammation, patients can be given conservative treatment (drug treatment) and antibiotics. If it is in the chronic stage, patients can also take physiotherapy, such as far-infrared radiation and diathermy, which is not effective in the chronic stage. If the conservative treatment is ineffective, patients have severe adhesions with no fertility requirements, uterine or adnexal resection can be considered. For women with fertility requirements, a laparoscopy is a good option.

If the above treatment is ineffective, patients can also take Fuyan Pill, which consists of various natural herbs, such as Bupleurum chinense, Poria cocos, Scutellaria baicalensis, Angelica Sinensis, peach kernel, safflower, and so on, Fuyan Pill can kill a variety of bacteria, viruses which causes inflammation, it is effective in treating cervical, uterine, pelvic, ovarian inflammation, relieving women discomforts and pain.

There is no doubt that pelvic adhesion has a huge impact on women's health, I hope every woman in daily life can pay more attention to their own health condition, once it is found there is an abnormal symptom, you should receive prompt treatment.
