In a day, most men urinate about 4 to 6 times in the daytime. Between 3 quarts (3 liters) of urine and 3 cups (700 milliliters) can be passed by adults in a day. If a man, with the need to go more often (urinary frequency) has a normal volume of urine or an increased volume of urine (polyuria) or both of them, you can tell him has excessive urination.

A sensation of an urgent need to urinate (urinary urgency) accompanies urinary frequency. Since they have to get up to urinate during the night (nocturia), polyuria is noticed by many men particularly. Even if they drink no more than normal overall, if people drink too much fluid too close to bedtime, nocturia also can occur.

Taking diuretic drugs or substances (which increase the excretion of urine), such as alcohol or caffeine, diabetes insipidus, drinking too much fluid (polydipsia) and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (most common) are included in the most common causes of excessive urination in men.

By the kidneys, the amount of fluid reabsorbed can be decreased by these disorders also, so urinate excessively is possible for people with certain kidney disorders (such as interstitial nephritis or kidney damage resulting from sickle cell anemia).

A mental health disorder, night sweats, cough, and weight loss, especially in a person who has an extensive smoking history, abrupt onset or onset during the first few years of life, fever and back pain and weakness of the legs are included as cause for concern in men with excessive urination as certain symptoms and characteristics.

Treating the underlying disorder is the best way to treat excessive urination. For example, taken by mouth, with diet and exercise plus insulin injections and/or drugs, diabetes mellitus is treated. By decreasing their intake of coffee or alcohol, people can reduce excessive urination in some cases. The dosage of diuretics that may contribute to excessive urination may be adjusted by doctors also.

With age, because the prostate usually enlarges, older men often urinate frequently. These drugs which may contribute to excessive urination may be more likely to be taken by older men as diuretics. At night, older men often need to urinate with excessive urination. If the area is not well lit when a person is rushing to the bathroom, falls or sleep problems can be contributed by nocturia.

So men need to choose a better way to cure excessive urination, that is a type of TCM called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill. It is made of green and safe herbs, without any side effect or drug resistance, often men can be cured within several months without getting the disease again.
