There are many causes, but not very clear ones. Now it is already known that there are two necessary conditions for the diseases, functional testicle and increase of age. Recently the disease can be influenced by smoking, fat, drinking, family history, race and geographical environment.

There are some symptoms like:
1.    The urine storage period symptoms (1) Increased frequency and amount of urine at night. (2) Increased urgency of urine and uracratia.
2.    Symptoms  when urinate. More difficulty when urinate, delayed start and end of urination, short distance of urine, powerless urine. Also forked urine which can't be urinated completely. Urine must be helped by pressing abdomen. Urine can be different when changes of abdominal pressure caused  by breath.
3.    Symptoms after urine. Patients can't urinate completely, increased urine left. Overflowurinary incontinence or acute urinary retention.
4.    Other symptoms.

Treatments
1.    Wait patiently. For slight symptoms, IPSS below 7, can be observed, don’t need treatment.
2.    Medical treatments.
(1)    5 alpha-reductase inhibitors.
(2)    α-blocker.
(3)    Antiandrogen drug
(4)    Other treatments like M receptor antagonist,  plant preparations, TCM etc. There is one type of TCM which is very good, it is called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill. It is totally safe and green like food we eat, healthy and green, for many herbs inside are used when cook food in China also. So patients can trust its safety definitely. Also after taking the TCM, patients will have no drug resistance or side effect, often they can be cured within several months if their diseases are not serious.
3.    Surgeries.
4.    Minimally invasive.
(1)    TVP.
(2)    TUPKRP and PKEP.
(3)     Cryotherapy.
(4)    Microwave treatment.
(5)    Laser treatment.
(6)     Radiofrequency ablation.

Which way is the best treatment depends on the situation of the patient, so medicines or surgeries can’t be used or taken blindless, or their diseases may become worse or even threaten their lives.

Also after treatment or during it, they should obey all the things doctors told them, then they can be cured sooner and the disease will not occur again in the future.
