In addition, menopausal women need to control the salt and sweet eating. It is because that as the hormonal changes, the metabolism of water and salt would be disordered. On the other hand, since menopausal women glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism disorders occur frequently, prone to elevated blood glucose and blood lipids. So their bodies generally become fat, or even suffer from diabetes.
