Nowadays, a large number of men are suffering painful ejaculation. However, they don't know what causes this symptom. Painful ejaculation is related to some diseases. The prostate gland aids in the production of semen, the fluid that carries sperm. When a male ejaculates, his muscles suddenly contract and send semen from the testicles to the urethra, where it is eliminated from the body through the opening of the penis.

Any condition that causes inflammation or an infection of the structures that contribute to ejaculation or surrounding structures may result in painful ejaculation. Following conditions are the common causes of painful ejaculation.

1. prostatitis. Prostatitis is a disease of the prostate gland, characterized by pain and various urinary symptoms. There are different types of prostatitis--bacterial, chronic and asymptomatic. In general, symptoms of prostatitis include pain during urination, frequent urination, difficulty urinating, pain the abdomen and penis and painful ejaculations.

2. orchitis. Orchitis is the inflammation of one or both of the testicles. The condition usually occurs as a result of inflammation of the epididymitis, a tube that connects the testicles to another structure called the vas deferens. Epididymitis also commonly occurs as a result of a bacterial or viral infection. Symptoms of orchitis include blood in the semen, abnormal discharge, fever, pain in the groin, swelling of the scrotum, testicle pain, pain during intercourse and painful ejaculation.

Herbal medicine can help you to treat painful ejaculation caused by prostatitis and orchitis. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is a good herbal medicine for this condition. It can eradicate symptoms of painful ejaculation and doesn’t have any side effects.
