Prostaglandin can strong contract uterine smooth muscle, as a result, dysmenorrhea happens and blood flows back. Women with infertility caused by endometriosis whose condition of the dysmenorrhea become server, the possibility of the endometriosis increases.
Therefore, the opinion that
dysmenorrhea is a normal physiological phenomenon should be abandoned. Ladies who suffer with dysmenorrhea should go to the doctor as soon as possible so as to prevent infertility caused by endometriosis.
