chlamydia is known as an asymptomatic or "silent" disease because about three quarters of infected women and about half of infected men have no symptoms. If symptoms do occur, they usually appear within 1 to 3 weeks after exposure.
Taking antibiotics usually cures the infection. Normal healing may still leave some scar tissue. Sexual partners should also be treated. Persons with chlamydiashould abstain from sexual intercourse until they and their sex partners have completed treatment, otherwise re-infection is possible.

Sometimes a combination of antibioticsis used for 7 to 10 days. Antibiotics used to treat chlamydia infections include azithromycin, doxycycline, ofloxacin, sulfisoxazole, and erythromycin. The antibiotics usually used are azithromycin and doxycycline.
It may take days or weeks for symptoms to go away. Sometimes, an individual can quickly become infected again if his or her sexual partner has not been treated at the same time.

In some cases, chlamydia infectionsdo not clear up. This can be due to organisms that are resistant to antibiotics. Meanwhile, antibiotics may cause stomach upset, rash, or allergic reactions.

If re-effected, patients should consider look for a alternative treatment.

"Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill" as an alternative treatment has a unique effect on curing chlamydial infection. The advantage of traditional Chinese medicine is that it is of no drug resistance. It is capable of killing various bacteria, viruses and pathogens and curing Chlamydiawithin about 3 months. Chlamydial infection can be curedradically and re-infection is impossible.
