necrospermia and azoospermia are the major causes of male infertility.

"Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill" can treat necrospermia and azoospermia which are caused by prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, epididymitis and orchitis. The curative effect is trustworthy.

"Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill" has triumphantly conquered the treatment of global stubborn diseases such as prostatitis, vesiculitis, epididymitis, orchitis and male infertility. These diseases can be cured in three or four months or so.

"Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill", which applies the therapy of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis as well as the cooperation with detoxicant, can treat the enlarged prostate, epididymis and seminal vesicle and make them retract to normal size. This Chinese patent medicine can also dredge the blocked ductuli efferentes testis, seminal duct and ejaculatory duct to relieve bulge and pain in patients.

1. The pathology of necrospermia, azoospermia and male infertility

Necrospermia, azoospermia and male infertility are caused by prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, deferentitis, epididymitis and orchitis.

1) What is necrospermia, azoospermia and male infertility

The sperm is produced in convoluted tubule. Under the microscope, the sperm looks like a tadpole; when the dead sperms are over 50% of the total, it will cause infecundity, which in medical is called necrospermia. And necrospermia is the most common cause of male infertility.

Azoospermia is a medical condition where a man doesn't have any measurable level of sperm in his semen. It is a major cause of male infertility. Infertility is a condition where a man has been unable to get a woman pregnant after one year of unprotected regular sex.

2) Urethritis is the chief criminal

Urethritis is an inflammation of the urethra.

The sperms are produced in the convoluted tubule of the testis and enter the epididymis first, and enter the spermary through deferent duct, and the fluid of seminal vesicle excreted in the seminal vesicle contains the essential nutrient substances for the living of sperms.

Destructiveness and consequences

Once a man is stricken by urethritis, the bacterial reproduction in the tractus genitalis will consume large quantity of nutriment, which damages the sperms' living environment and the sperms will die due to lack of nutrition.

The bacteria in the urethra will always enter prostate, spermary, deferent duct, epididymis and testicle via ejaculation, which can lead to inflammatory pathological changes, and finally result in prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, deferentitis, epididymitis and so on. When the bacteria reproduce in the tractus genitalis, there are some hazardous substances excreted to damage the sperms.
The bacteria excrete large quantity of acid substances in the tractus genitalis, which will reduce the PH value of male tractus genitalis, and cause acid intoxication to the sperms. Also, the bacteria reproduction will consume large quantity of oxygen, which will make sperms die due to oxygen deficit.

We can conclude that urethritis can possibly cause prostatitis, vesiculitis, epididymitis, epididymis tuberculosis, blockage in testicular ducts, or obstruction in ejaculatory duct or seminal duct, which results in obstructive necrospermia and azoospermia.

3) The diagnosis of obstructive azoospermia

The main symptoms of obstructive azoospermia are reduction in ejaculatory amount, seminal plasma is negtive and its PH value appears acidic. Expansion of the seminal vesicle is found via Transrectal ultrasonography.

The typical clinical manifestations include: the testicular volume is normal, epididymides become enlarged and hardened, nodules appear in epididymides or seminal duct. If the patients who are striken by severe necrospermia or azoospermia have normal testicular volume and endocrine, the ejaculatory duct is very probably obstructed.

4) Simultaneous treatment of prostatitis, orchitis and seminal vesiculitis with Chinese patent medicine

After realizing the philosophy that necrospermia is caused by prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, deferentitis, epididymitis and orchitis, what we have to do is to radically cure prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, deferentitis, epididymitis and orchitis, and completely kill the bacteria, thus we can cure necrospermia.
During the process to cure prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, deferentitis, epididymitis and orchitis by traditional Chinese medicine, firstly we learn the treatment principles of traditional Chinese medicine, and then determine the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs; after that, we combine Western medicine's inspection result with traditional Chinese medicine's theories, and use more complete Chinese medicinal formulae to achieve the magic curative effect to cure necrospermia by curing prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, deferentitis, epididymitis and orchitis:

Prostatitis, orchitis and seminal vesiculitis result from the cross-infection of the same pathogenic bacteria, that's to say, once a position ( the prostate gland, testicle or seminal vesicle) is infected by bacteria or viruses, the other two positions will be infected by the same kind of bacteria or visuses. We apply the traditional Chinese medicine which have the effect of clearing away heat and toxic material to kill all the bacteria, viruses and pathogens to control the primary lesion and make mycoplasma and chlamydia turn negtive.

If the patient suffers from testicular pain, straining feeling in perineum, hypogastralgia, we use the traditional Chinese medicine which have the effect of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, softening hard lumps and dispel nodes to achieve pain-killing effect. We also use western medicine's inspection to know that if the patient is suffering from prostate edema, prostatauxe, prostatic hyperplasia, hepertrophy of seminal vesicle, testicular lumps, obstruction of vas deferens, which provides basis for us to use medicine to promote blood circulation by removing blood stasis, and soften hard lumps and dispel nodes, and achieve the effect of detumescence, anti-fibrosis and dredging the deferent duct;
Prostatitis, orchitis and seminal vesiculitis are all caused by urethritis. Men with these conditions would suffer from frequent micturition, urgency of micturition or painful micturition. We use the traditional Chinese medicine which have the effect of inducing diuresis for treating strangurtia to eliminate the abnormal urinary symptoms.

2. What is prostatalgia?

Prostatalgia refers to pain in the area of the prostate gland. It should be pointed out that prostatalgia is very different from prostatitis. The symptoms of prostatalgia are pain in muscles of urethra, the prostate gland or the bottom of perineum, which are similar to those of chronic prostatitis. When a patient takes digital anal examination, the palpation of the prostate gland shows that the gland is normal, without tenderness. While obvious tenderness can be felt when the Levator ani muscles on the two sides of the anus are pressed by fingers. Therefore, clinicians name this condition as prostatalgia.

The treatment of prostatalgia with traditional Chinese medicine:

It is rather difficult to cure prostatalgia. To some extent, it is very hard to make a correct diagnosis. Usually, a patient has to take microscopic exam and culture of prostatic fluid several times. Only all the results show that the prostatic fluid is normal can the ultima diagnosis be made out. Hence, most of the cases are treated as an ordinary prostatitis due to the similar symptoms from chronic prostatitis. It is no wonder that the curative effect of such treatment is very poor.

As prostatalgia is not like prostatitis, antibiotics and surgical treatment have no effect to treat it. Only the traditional Chinese medicine which have the effect of promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, promoting qi circulation to relieve pain and inducing diuresis for treating strangurtia can mliminate the symptoms of prostatalgia such as bulge and pain, and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine to treat prostatalgia is very sound.

3. Prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis interrelate physiologicall and interact pathologically, causing male infertility.

As both of the prostate gland and seminal vesicles end at posterior urethra, the route and causes of infections of them interact and the clinical manifestations of prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis are basically the same. Therefore, prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis often attack men simultaneously. The regurgitation of inflammatory prostatic fluid discharged by the diseased proatate gland into the seminal vesicle can cause seminal vesiculitis. Likewise, the inflammation of seminal vesicles can easily attack the prostate gland. And 80 percent of the patients with chronic prostatitis also have chronic seminal vesiculitis, which may also cause complications such as male infertility etc..

It is a medical tradition that traditional Chinese medicine can treat different diseases with the same time. As the positions of the prostate gland and seminal vesicles are close to each other, and prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis not only infect each other but have much the same symptoms, the Chinese patent medicine which has the effect of detoxifying and killing bacteria, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, promoting qi circulation to relieve pain and inducing diuresis for treating strangurtia can treat both of them at the same time. Once prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis are cured, male infertility caused by the two would be cured too.
