Disease detail: i was diagnosed with bilateral hydrosalpinges on my both follopian tubes last august 2014.the right tube was already in 17cm inch 5cm on the left.my OB advised me to have the removal of my tubes but i dis agreed.im so much worried,i want to have my own baby in a natural way to concieve but im going crazy thinking if could that be possible.im so desperate. i hope that you can help me.thank you verymuch.
medical history: hydrosalpinx on both tubes.
previous diagnosis and result: marked hydrosalpinx right with the measure of 17.5cm
hydrosalpinx left 5.8cm
normal sized retroverted uterus
normal sized ovaries left and right
accessory examination: ultrasound
