1>Let me give you brief translation of my case.
As per sperm analyses attached and done two year ago, it was revealed an oligospermia quantity of spermatozoids was less than 20 million s per ml ( only 18 millions per ml ) and rate of fertility Was about %5, and many of inflammatory cells and sperm was with high viscosity .The great number of spermatozoids was died due to inflammation.
The sperm culture was negative (no bacteria's)

Attached also the testicular ethnography there is nothing wrong to report ( no anomalies on testiculs)
Also there is urine analysis which showed no no bacteria's (negative)

Basically the doctor concluded that I have a chronic prostatic inflammatory /prostatitis.and gave some chemical medicines without any result, and I do not trust these medicine anymore.

2>the symptoms

? I feel pain (sort of big pressure) in the part of (between prostate and testicles) especially when I am in sitting position (driving) when I walk it release little bit.
? Some times I find difficulty when pissing. (sorry for expression) and obliged to do it many time a day
? I have bad smell after ejaculation (debris of sperm)
? and premature ejaculation also

I hope I explained little bit my case and please can you advise what next step for me to go forward is.

FYI I have one year married no children yet due to this disease I had the idea of killing myself you are my the last hope in this life doctor ..... Believe me please...

Now I completely understand your case. Your fertility problem is caused by oligospermia, and oligospermia is caused by Non-Bacterial Prostatitis.
