Heavy bleeding after chlamydia is cured, please help!

Disease detail: I suffered from chlamydia infection 6 months ago. I had urgent feeling of urination and sharp pain at the opening of urethra. I was given 10 days of antibiotics and symptoms were gone. However I started to experience heavy bleeding since that time. What do you think? Can you help?
