Testicular pain can be caused by not only epididymtitis, but also prostatitis or orchitis. Previous chlamydia infection may trigger any of these conditions and we can't tell if it is epididymits. Also some other conditions like trauma can cause your present pain too. I suggest you to get your condition diagnosed before trying to search for treatment for testicular pain.
