can i affected with uti

Begining date: may 10
Disease detail: hellow befr i m telling im do protect sex but unprotect oral sex with prostitute.....i do hiv 1 & 2 antibody test aftr 8 week of exposure Negative..Dr few days back i have burning urination.problem Dr precribed me normal urination burning cure tablet and alkasol.bt no Antibiotic......and aftr them im ok...but i go do myself urine culture ..and reports comes ..Aerobic culture shows not growth...and Pus cells in urine 2-3/H.p.F....

Note....
culture.may be sterile due to..
1. prior Administration Antibiotic
2. kochs or chlamydia infection.
3. immunocomplex reaction..

now my question is my reports is serious or normal...if serious can it be cureable with antibiotic....
plz help me..
medical history: then i do Gi endoscopy s well result..Gerd, gastriritis,hatus hernia and h.piylori positive......but already take tripple antibiotic finished a week befr.
